Qualifications Applicants must possess: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Operations Management, or a related field from a recognized institution. A Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field will be an added advantage. At least five (5) years’ progressive management experience, with a minimum of three (3) years in hospital or healthcare operations management. Demonstrated knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, quality management systems and performance improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound decision-making ability.
