Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, desserts, and other baked products.
- Develop new recipes and improve existing products.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in the kitchen.
- Monitor ingredient stock and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Pastry, Baking, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- At least 2 years proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker.
- Strong baking, decorating, and presentation skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and good time management.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to meet production deadlines.
