- Minimum 8 years of relevant pastry experience, preferably in a luxury or five-star hotel.
- Relevant qualification in Pastry, Baking, or Culinary Arts.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong expertise in pastry production, dessert development, and food safety.
