Duties and Responsibilities

An officer at this level will be deployed at Agricultural Machinery Service –where they will be involved in; -

• Minor services of plant machinery and farm tractors,
• Care for and maintenance of tools of the trade; and
• Maintaining cleanliness of the workplace.
• Performing any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor

Requirements for appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must

• Be a Kenyan Citizen (Attach ID)
• KCPE and KCSE Certificate with a mean grade D+ (Plus) (Attach certificates)
• Have Plant Mechanics National Trade Test Certificate Grade III/ apprentice
• Certificate awarded by the Directorate of Industrial Training or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
• At least one (1 )year experience (Attach evidence).
