Mandatory Requirements
For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have:
- Cumulative service period of twelve (12) years relevant work experience three (3) of which should have been in the grade of Senior Hospitality Assistant or in a comparable position;
- Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Hotel Management; Housekeeping and Front Office Management, Housekeeping and laundry operations, Hospitality Management or a related qualification from a recognized institution;
- Membership to a relevant professional body and in good standing where applicable;
- Certificate in Supervisory Course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognised Institution;
- Proficiency in computer applications; and (vi) Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
