Key Responsibilities: Strong understanding of credit risk, collections, and portfolio management. Experience in product development and performance management. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Professional qualifications in Product Management, Banking, Finance, or Project Management are an added advantage. Must Have Qualifications: Develop and execute strategies to grow the Logbook. Loan portfolio and achieve business targets. Manage the product lifecycle, including product design, pricing, enhancements, and market positioning. Monitor portfolio performance, loan disbursements, revenue, profitability, and portfolio quality.
