Key Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Knowledge of electrical systems and industrial automation is preferred. 10-15 years' manufacturing experience, including at least five years in a leadership position. Experience in tissue, paper, FMCG or automated manufacturing operations. Strong knowledge of HSE, quality control, production planning and maintenance systems. Key Responsibilities Manage production operations, automated converting machines, packing systems and folder lines to achieve quality, safety and output targets.
