About Us

  • NestVest is a fast-growing Nairobi property platform specialising in premium residential rentals, resales and new project promotions. We manage a growing portfolio of high-end properties across Kilimani and surrounding neighbourhoods, and are hiring a hands-on Property Manager to oversee daily operations, tenant experience and asset upkeep.

The Role

  • You will own end-to-end property management for our residential portfolio — from tenant onboarding and rent collection, to maintenance coordination, compliance and issue resolution. Your goal is to keep occupancy high, tenants satisfied, and properties well-maintained while supporting our sales and leasing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the assigned property portfolio, ensuring common areas, facilities and security run smoothly.
  • Manage full tenant lifecycle: lease execution, check-in/check-out inspections, rent & service charge collection, and renewal follow-ups.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs and renovations with vetted vendors; supervise works, control costs and ensure quality standards.
  • Handle tenant enquiries, complaints and emergencies promptly, with clear follow-through and documentation.
  • Work closely with the leasing & sales team to prepare vacant units for viewings and new tenancies.
  • Maintain accurate property records, tenancy files, payment trackers and monthly operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan tenancy laws, building regulations and health & safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on property management experience in Nairobi, ideally with premium residential apartments or gated communities.
  • Solid understanding of the Kenyan tenancy laws, rent recovery processes and standard property operations.
  • Strong tenant relations and customer service mindset; comfortable handling escalations professionally.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple properties and priorities at once.
  • Fluent in English; Kiswahili is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and property management tools.

Nice to Have

  • EARB or relevant property management certification.
  • Experience with high-end / luxury residential properties.
  • Background in real estate sales or leasing alongside property management.

Why Join Us

  • Clear career path as we expand our property portfolio.
  • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives tied to occupancy and retention.
  • On-site role in a central Kilimani office.
