Duties and Responsibilities Consenting the study respondents before the interviews and group discussions. Conducting interviews, focus groups, and participant observations. Note-taking/ fieldnotes and writing debriefing reports for all the interviews conducted. Ensure data quality and confidentiality. Ensuring the safety of data collection tools and equipment assigned. Any other related activity assigned by the project coordinator. Minimum requirements Bachelor’s degree preferably in early childhood education. Have proven experience and skills in qualitative research. Ability to facilitate interviews and group discussions in English and Swahili. Be a current resident of the target counties.
