Core Competencies & Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory quality control role
- Experience in corrugated packaging, carton manufacturing, paper converting, printing, or a related industry is highly preferred
- Practical understanding of manufacturing quality control and inspection processes
