QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Community Development or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years’ experience in business management, regional operations, business development or stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to grow revenue, develop markets and deliver results.
- Strong understanding of business operations and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, financial management, planning and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Kiswahili. Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
- Experience in healthcare, emergency response or volunteer management is desirable.
- Ideal Candidate: A commercially minded leader with strong business acumen, capable of managing all regional resources, expanding market opportunities and delivering sustainable growth
