We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservations and Revenue Intern to join our team for a one-year internship. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, and guest service within a dynamic hospitality environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in hotel reservations and revenue management.
- Previous industrial attachment or internship experience in a hotel is an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in processing and managing room reservations.
- Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Support revenue management activities, including rate updates and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles.
- Monitor booking trends and prepare basic reports.
- Liaise with the Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reservations & Revenue Manager.
