Key Responsibilities: Deliver instruction in Navigation, Cargo Handling, control of operations of ship and care of persons onboard and stowage and radio communication. Oversee practical training using simulators and onboard training. Participate in curriculum development and mentorship of cadets. Train on Basic Safety Training. CBET Training Delivery CBET Assessment & Participate in Development Tools Compile Portfolio Evidence of CBET Trainee Supervise Trade Project & Business Plan Provide Results of the Assessment as Provided in the Assessment Schedule Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nautical Science or related field. CoC III (A-II/1 or A-II/2). STCW-compliant certification with sea service as Deck Officer. Proficiency in using navigation simulators is an additional advantage.
