Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, student enrolment, and market share growth.
- Design and implement promotional campaigns across digital, field activations, advertising, and communications channels, ensuring consistency of brand messaging.
- Lead market analysis and competitor monitoring to identify opportunities, anticipate trends, and inform pricing, positioning, and product strategies.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, preparing annual plans, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring return on investment for marketing initiatives.
- Strengthen client and stakeholder relationships through regular engagement, needs assessment, and proactive identification of new opportunities.
- Oversee sales team performance and training, setting clear goals, monitoring results, and building a high‑performing culture aligned with institutional objectives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with academic, operations, and senior management teams to achieve organisational targets.
- Develop and maintain strong brand positioning, ensuring consistency across events, campaigns, web platforms, and promotional materials.
- Analyse consumer behaviour and student needs to refine customer personas and tailor marketing approaches.
- Identify and pursue new market segments, expanding reach and enhancing competitiveness.
- Prepare and deliver strategic reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to support decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all activities.
- Contribute to institutional planning, participating in quarterly and annual reviews of objectives and performance.
Academic and Professional Qualifications and experience required
- Undergraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of substantial relevant experience in sales and marketing.
- Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is an added advantage.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth, market share, and brand positioning.
- Experience in managing sales pipelines, customer relationships, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong background in preparing and delivering detailed sales reports, market analysis, and marketing strategies.
- Results‑oriented, with ability to manage multiple projects and meet sales targets under tight deadlines.
