Job Role

• The Sales Executive – PMS & AGO is responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and supporting distribution of petroleum products across Uganda and Kenya. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Achieve and exceed PMS & AGO sales targets.
• Expand customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Ensure compliance with oil and gas industry regulations.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support retail and distribution operations across Uganda and Kenya.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Target Achievement – Meet and exceed PMS & AGO quotas.
• Client Acquisition & Retention – Identify prospects, onboard new clients, maintain relationships. 
• Contract Negotiation – Handle pricing discussions, close deals, ensure favorable terms. 
• Market Expansion – Explore new territories in Uganda & Kenya, support cross-border sales. 
• Reporting & Analysis – Track sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Promotional Support – Execute campaigns, enhance brand visibility, support retail outlets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Petroleum Studies, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of PMS & AGO products and retail operations.
• Experience in cross-border sales (Uganda/Kenya) preferred.
