Job specification Bachelor’s Degree in Water Engineering, Civil Engineering, Finance, Economics, Project Management or any other related field from a recognized institution Registered with a professional body where applicable. At least five (5) years’ experience in the water sector, two (2) of which was in supervisory or management role. KCSE certificate Proficiency in Computer skills. Personal attributes, must be a person with: Good communication skills Self - driven High level of Integrity Teamwork Good Leadership skills
