Job Purpose: Our client is seeking a Security Coordinator to oversee and coordinate security operations at an industrial site in Nakuru. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding personnel, assets, inventory, and company property while ensuring compliance with established security procedures. Job Description Coordinate daily security operations and access control activities. Monitor the movement of personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles. Supervise security personnel and liaise with security service providers. Conduct routine site patrols and inspections. Record, investigate, and follow up on security incidents and breaches. Maintain accurate security reports and occurrence records. Support emergency response and loss prevention initiatives. Identify potential security risks and recommend corrective measures. Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures. Job Requirements Certificate or Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, Security Studies, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a security coordination, supervision, or related role. Experience in an industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or related environment will be an added advantage. Strong communication and report-writing skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision. go to method of application »
