Duties and responsibilities Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in International Relations and related fields Develop course outlines, lesson plans, and teaching materials Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials effectively Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and theses Assess students through exams, assignments, and continuous assessment qualification and experience A PhD in International Relations or a closely related field (e.g., Diplomacy, Political Science, Peace & Conflict Studies)
