Senior Manager, Investment Groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver portfolio growth targets by executing strategies that increase investment group acquisition, balances, and overall segment revenue.
• Drive profitability and revenue performance through effective cross-sell, retention, and yield optimization initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities by analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Design and enhance segment propositions tailored to the needs of investment groups with measurable outcomes such as product uptake, penetration rates, and customer adoption.
• Strengthen customer relationships and engagement with investment groups, measured through retention rates, wallet share, and satisfaction scores.
• Expand segment visibility and reach through targeted outreach initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement, measured by acquisition and brand presence.
• Drive execution of segment initiatives in collaboration with internal teams(product, marketing, digital, and operations), ensuring timely delivery against agreed KPIs and campaign targets.
• Enable frontline teams through training and support, improving sales productivity, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
• Strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance by identifying key risks, reviewing audit outcomes, enforcing controls, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
