For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -
- Cumulative service period of six (6) years’ work experience three (3) years of which should have been in the grade of Office Assistant II or in a comparable position.
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KSCE) mean grade ‘D’ plain or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Proficiency in computer applications; and
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
