Senior People Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to partner with senior leaders, drive strategic people initiatives, strengthen HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and contribute to organizational growth within a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, grievances, and employment law.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Utilize HR analytics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.
• Lead HR transformation projects, process improvements, and digital HR initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders across Africa and Asia while promoting an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• Progress towards CIPD Level 7 or a Master's Degree is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role.
• Experience supporting multinational or multi-country operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations, HR compliance, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
