Key Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Create and edit Reels, videos, photos and graphics.
- Film product demonstrations and promotional content.
- Plan, schedule and publish posts with engaging captions.
- Engage customers and respond to comments and messages.
- Track performance and follow social media trends to improve results.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in social media management or content creation.
- Strong filming, video editing and communication skills.
- Skills in CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
- Good content planning, caption writing and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to use social media insights to improve content.
- Good organisation and time management.
- Portfolio or examples of previous work.
