Stock Analyst

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Stock Analyst to support our growing retail operations by monitoring inventory movement, analysing stock performance, and helping ensure the right stock is available across branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier-wise stock allocation, movement, and consignment performance.
• Analyse branch stock levels, demand patterns, and six-month stock support needs.
• Coordinate stock rotation, consolidation, and branch refills based on slow- and fast-moving items.
• Support forecasting, ordering charts, purchase orders, and follow-up on deliveries.
• Generate inventory reports, stock performance updates, and assigned KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years' experience in stock analysis, inventory management, supply chain, or similar role.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse systems.
• Retail or FMCG experience is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and stock analysis.

• Sound knowledge of stock control procedures.
