Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock. Store supplies using FEFO and proper storage standards. Issue items to departments and maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment. Manage near-expiry and expired stock according to policy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store. ·Support inventory audits and regulatory compliance. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma/Certificate in Store Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. Minimum 2 years' hospital storekeeping experience (mandatory). Knowledge of inventory management systems. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
