The five qualities we hire for
Registration and experience are the entry ticket. These five decide the appointment:
- Entrepreneur – treats the unit as a business to be grown, not a shift to be covered
- Custodianship – guards the licence, stock, cash and brand, and leaves the premises inspection-ready every day
- Client focus – sees clients, not transactions; counsels, follows up and measures outcomes
- Relationship – builds lasting ties with prescribers, employers, suppliers and insurers
- Independent counsel – will decline a sale or challenge an instruction that is not in the client\'s interest
