JOB RESPONSIBILITIE
- Identify and onboard strategic suppliers and 1. Bachelor's degree in Business brands.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage sellers/brands and drive category growth.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Plan category assortments and coordinate promotional campaigns.
- Monitor stock health and ensure supplier compliance with on boarding requirements.
- Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in category support, supplier sourcing, e-commerce, retail, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis; experience with e-commerce seller platforms is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the Home & Kitchen category is an added advantage.
- Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented.
