Key Responsibilities Lead and manage site operations while ensuring compliance with contracts, regulations, policies, and operational procedures. Coordinate customer operational support by working with local and international teams, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain smooth operations. Build strong customer relationships and act as the primary contact for training support, collaborating with planners and leaders to optimize training effectiveness. Maintain operational availability of all equipment in accordance with the agreed contract, carrying out routine maintenance and repairs as necessary. Ensure that the training systems delivered & Simulation are maintained and that the configuration is optimized. Ensure spare stock holdings are fit for purpose and that they meet the requirements of the support contract. Act quickly on requests from the customer, fulfilling them where appropriate and finding alternative solutions when needed. Deploy on field exercises in support of Kenyan and multinational Armed Forces, providing field-based and back-office support to your team and the customer. Key Qualifications Strong understanding of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and operational support delivery. MUST HAVE experience working in a military training environment. Leadership experience within military, defence, technical support, or operational environments. Technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Financial management and budget oversight experience. Fluency in English and Swahili, with ability to travel locally and internationally(Passport).Bottom of Form
