Responsibilities Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers Ensures a high level of quality loans are referred to the business. Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team. Ensures zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external. Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers' information. Good Service Delivery on customer service Relationships. Qualification Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing or any Business- related course A practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
