Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of RO chemicals, including antiscalants, dispersants, biocides, and CIP/membrane cleaning chemicals.
- Conduct site surveys, water analysis, and membrane assessments to identify scaling and fouling challenges.
- Recommend appropriate chemical programs, dosing rates, and RO optimization solutions.
- Prepare technical-commercial proposals and present solutions to plant managers and senior decision-makers.
- Conduct field evaluations, monitor chemical performance, and troubleshoot customer RO plant issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients to drive repeat business and long-term accounts.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years’ experience in technical sales or field service engineering within the water/wastewater treatment industry.
- Proven experience selling specialty water treatment chemicals, particularly RO antiscalants, membrane cleaners, coagulants, or flocculants.
- Strong understanding of RO membrane chemistry, scaling, fouling, CIP processes, and chemical dosing.
- Ability to interpret water analysis reports and recommend suitable treatment solutions. Knowledge of major RO membrane brands is an added advantage.

- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites
