Key Responsibilities
- Teach and assess a minimum of four (4) courses per semester in accordance with the approved curriculum and academic calendar
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with University standards
- Set, mark, moderate, and submit assignments, tests, examination scripts, and final results within the prescribed University timelines
- Conduct quality research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and participate in academic seminars, workshops, and conferences annually
- Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance, departmental committees, student mentorship, and other duties assigned by University Management to support institutional goals
Qualifications and skills
- PhD in Theology, Biblical Studies, or a related field from a recognized and accredited university
- Proficiency in modern teaching methods, e-learning technologies, and academic supervision
- At least three (3) years of university teaching, research, or ministry experience in Theology or Biblical Studies
- Must be registered with the relevant professional body
- Demonstrated record of scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals or other recognized academic publications
