Internship/Volunteer Duration:
- Six (6) Months
Successful interns and volunteers who demonstrate commitment, professionalism, and outstanding performance will receive a Certificate of Internship/Volunteer Service and be given priority consideration for future employment opportunities at Girwa Radio as positions become available.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional photographs and videos during programmes, events, and community activities.
- Produce promotional videos, documentaries, and social media content.
- Edit videos and photographs for digital platforms.
- Support Facebook Live, YouTube Live, and other online streaming platforms.
- Maintain the station’s multimedia archive.
- Work closely with the ICT & Broadcast Technology Assistant to improve online broadcasting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Film Production, Photography, Media Production, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in video editing software is an added advantage.
