Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
- Take guest orders, explain menu items, and recommend daily specials.
- Prepare and maintain restaurant service areas, including table setup and cleanliness.
- Ensure timely service, guest satisfaction, and prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Process guest bills and coordinate payments.
- Promote and upsell the Centre’s products and services.
- Participate in departmental meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer care.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Food and Beverage Sales and Service or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least two-years experience in a busy hospitality establishment.
- Experience using hotel or restaurant management systems such as Hotel Plus POS, Micros Fidelio, Intersoft, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
