Employment Information

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure GDP, regulatory and quality compliance.
  • Liaise with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
  • Oversee receiving, storage, distribution and stock control.
  • Ensure proper product storage, FEFO/FIFO and traceability.
  • Manage controlled drugs, complaints and product recalls.
  • Develop and implement SOPS and quality procedures.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, performance and training.
  • Monitor stock reconciliation, expiries, damages and discrepancies.
  • Prepare warehouse reports and performance updates.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy. Valid and current Pharmacist's License is MANDATORY.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy pharmaceutical warehouse.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Knowledge of Sage ERP is an added advantage.
  • Professional certification in Supply Chain is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with warehouse management software/databases and KPIs.
  • Ability to work effectively with management and staff at all levels.
