Location: Nairobi, Kenya (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
English Level: C1 / Advanced (Required)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile General Ledger accounts
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Perform bank and financial reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Assist with cash flow monitoring and financial analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong General Ledger (GL) experience
- Hands-on AP and AR experience
- Advanced QuickBooks skills
- Solid understanding of GAAP principles
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- C1 / Advanced English (Mandatory)
