Requirements
- English level: B2+
- Minimum 1+ year of experience leading teams in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, sales, business development, or related fields
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change

Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the sourcing team, ensuring sourcing targets, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met.
- Set and monitor sourcing goals, tracking individual sourcer performance and driving team productivity and accountability.
- Oversee sourcing strategies for high-volume, high-priority, and hard-to-fill positions to ensure strong candidate pipelines.
- Analyze and report sourcing metrics, including conversion rates, candidate volume, time-to-submission, and pipeline health to support data-driven decisions.
- Coach and support the sourcing team, serving as the primary escalation point, strengthening sourcing capabilities, and ensuring compliance with SLAs, ATS/CRM best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
