About the job
- We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team and help shape the development and delivery of innovative software products.
- In this role, you'll work closely with senior product leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product launches.
What you'll do:
- Support product vision, strategy, and roadmap planning.
- Gather and document product requirements and user stories.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business needs.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
- Participate in feature prioritization and product launch activities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics.
- Advocate for customer needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
What we're looking for:
- 5 years of experience or exposure to Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or similar areas.
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Aha!, Productboard, or related tools.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software development processes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Nice to have:
- Experience with product analytics tools.
- Exposure to usability testing and UX practices.
- Experience supporting software product launches.
- Passion for technology and continuous learning.
