About the Role

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Institute of Banking Diploma or related qualification from a top reputable university, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bank branch management, with solid knowledge of banking and financial

- Professional banking and finance certifications are required

Key Responsibilities
- Lead branch operations to ensure smooth service, strong controls and great customer experience.
- Drive branch targets across revenue, profitability, deposits, lending and transactions.
- Grow customer base by acquiring new clients and expanding market presence.
- Deepen existing relationships through
- cross-selling and tailored banking solutions for
- Retail, SME and Corporate clients.
- Monitor performance, close gaps and take action to improve business results.
- Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets with professionalism and accountability.
- Ensure full compliance with Head Office policies and Central Bank of Kenya regulations.
- Manage branch cash, vault, records and assets with proper controls.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to support retention and growth.
- Spot market trends and turn them into growth opportunities for the branch.
