QUALIFICATIONS;

• Have a Diploma in Building/ Civil Engineering
• Be registered and licensed with the Nursing council of Kenya
• Must be computer literate
• Must have adequate Inventory management skills
• Must have experience in materials and Equipment management
• Must have experience in laboratory Equipment and machines usage and maintenance
• Must have knowledge of materials testing and quality control
• Must be a team player
• Must be in concrete mixing and moulding
• Hands-on experience in cabro making an added advantage
• Must have adequate leadership and supervisory skills
• Must have adequate skills in conflict resolution and behavior management
• should have no criminal record or be associated in Fraudulent or unethical activities
• Must be a person who commands respect.

Salary Scale: Job Group J
KSh: 32,700-42,690 P.M
