- Diploma in Food & beverage management
- Have a vocational certificate from a recognized local institution
- Must have adequate food serving skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must possess proven skills in kitchen management and Menu preparation.
- Must have served inn a similar position for a minimum of 3 years
- Must have a food handler certificate (Medical Certificate).
- Must be a team player
Salary Scale: Job Group J.
KSh: 32,700-42,690 P.M
