- We are seeking a resilient and persuasive Debt Collection Agent to recover outstanding debts by contacting debtors via outbound calls, emails, and letters, negotiating repayment plans and settlements while strictly adhering to the FDCPA and all applicable regulations.
- Daily responsibilities include skip tracing to locate hard-to-find debtors, verifying financial status, and accurately documenting every interaction in the collection system, all while consistently meeting aggressive quotas for call volume and recovery amounts.
- The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma (associate’s preferred), has at least six months of experience in collections, sales, or customer service, and possesses strong negotiation skills, active listening, and thick skin for a high-stress, rejection-heavy environment. This role offers an hourly base plus a commission/bonus structure for top performers.
