Compensation: 40,000-50,000 KES/month gross (depending on qualifications) + Benefits
Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical products such as power cables, buck/boost converters, etc.
- Rework agro-processing machines following provided instructions
- Pack and unpack products, ensuring nothing is left out
- Perform occasional workshop wiring
- General maintenance: regular inspection, cleaning, servicing and preventive maintenance
- Organise and maintain stock, ensuring goods are stored and accounted for correctly
- Help with everyday tasks: loading, unloading, organising, tidying up, cleaning, etc.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in electrical engineering and at least 2 years’ experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong understanding of electrical safety and handling
- Soldering experience
- Experience with industrial and commercial wiring
- Practical maintenance and repair skills
- Impeccable moral track record
Preferred Qualifications
- EPRA C2 electrical worker licence
- Experience in operating a lathe
- Driver’s licence (car or motorbike)
