Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team. Support inventory planning by coordinating demand forecasting, stock availability, and distribution. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to drive business growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience at least 5 years in sales leadership within the retail sector. Strong sales, negotiation, and team management skills. Good understanding of marketing execution and customer engagement. Practical knowledge of inventory management and stock planning. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
