KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and product/promotion information
- Execute in-store promotions and activations to drive sales
- Handle M-Pesa, and card transactions accurately via the POS system
- Receive stock deliveries, monitor inventory, and request replenishments
- Keep accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports
SKILLS & QUALITIES:
- Prior retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, well-organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic sales reporting
- Willingness to work weekends/shifts as required
