Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. ‎Ensure proper filing, retrieval and storage of medical records. ‎Monitor completeness of patient files. ‎Capture, verify and analyze patient data for reporting purposes. ‎Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information Minimum Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Health Records and Information Technology or related field. ‎Registration with relevant professional body ‎ Atleast 1-3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is an added advantage.
