Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobbies, and assigned public areas.
• Perform laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and storing linens/uniforms.
• Replenish guest supplies, amenities, and cleaning materials as needed.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance needs, lost property, or unusual occurrences to management.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and grooming standards across all operational sections.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or public area cleaning (experience in all three is an added advantage).
• Good knowledge of cleaning, hygiene, and chemical handling procedures.
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Physically fit, flexible, and willing to work as a reliever across different housekeeping sections.
• Hospitality or housekeeping training is an added advantage.
