Employment Information

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) or HR certification
  • Good knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience working in e Commerce, retail, logistics, or fast-paced operational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process.
  • Prepare job advertisements, shortlist candidates, and organize interviews
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, attendance management, and workplace culture programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide HR support.
  • Prepare HR reports and other administrative documentation.
