QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor of scienee, Human Resource Management Option or business administration
- Practicing member of IHRM
- Must be conversant with the HRMA and other related laws of Kenya.
- Must be computer literate
- Must have served in a similar position for a minimum of 3 years.
- Must have adequate communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Must be a good Advisor and negotiator
- Must have adequate lcadership and supervisory skills
- Must have adequate skills in conflict resolution and behavior management should have no criminal record or be associated in Fraudulent or unethical activities
Salary Scale: Job Group L.
KSh: 50,610-98,478 P.M
