What we are looking for
- Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Kitchen Steward or Stewarding Attendant in a reputable hotel, preferably a 4-star or 5-star establishment. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Ability to operate dishwashing machines and stewarding equipment safely.
- Good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their proper use.
