We are looking for a Legal Talent Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition team by identifying, engaging, and attracting high-quality candidates for legal industry positions.
What You'll Do
- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other recruiting channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct market research and candidate mapping
- Engage with potential candidates and assess initial fit
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Sourcing, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
- Strong research and candidate identification skills
- Experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful mindset
- Experience supporting legal recruiting is a plus, but not required
