This position is ideal for a sourcing professional who thrives on research, candidate outreach, talent mapping, and building relationships with both active and passive candidates.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand, niche, and recurring positions.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Create and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and advanced Boolean searches.
- Conduct talent market research and mapping activities.
- Perform initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring teams.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, sourcing activity, and candidate availability.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Recruitment Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
- Proven experience building talent pipelines independently.
- Strong research, sourcing, and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience reaching out to passive candidates and nurturing talent communities.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS Platforms, Boolean Search Techniques, Other sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Experience sourcing for high-volume recruitment environments.
- Experience recruiting for niche, specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions.
- Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies and talent mapping.
